What is Fleet Status II?
Fleet Status II is a software-based maintenance management system for the small to mid-sizeClick to enlarge the Fleet Summary or 'Status Page' operator. It enables your dispatcher to determine at a glance which airplanes are on line and which planes have maintenance events due. The Time Line feature shows all scheduled maintenance events. Maintenance personnel will use the printed Fleet Maintenance Projection and the Aircraft Tab List for their scheduling. Prior to flight, pilots can check airplane maintenance status with the Fleet Summary and Time Line. An on-board hard copy of the Event List verifies that the airplane is legal for flight. For company management, on-line availability of Fleet Status serves as a quick and convenient maintenance summary report.

How is it used?
The primary user, usually the maintenance supervisor, keys in initial data for each airplane. Once the initial data is entered, the daily routine consists of updating the tach/Hobbs readings and the landing and cycle counts. The primary operator will update events when necessary and print reports as needed. All critical maintenance information data is found on two program screens, the Fleet Summary page and the Time Line page: The Fleet Summary shows graphically the time to the nearest tach or hobbs-related event and the time to the nearest calendar event for each aircraft in the fleet. Click to enlarge the Time Line PageAdditionally, if there are landing or cycle related events, Fleet Status will show estimated times to the nearest of those events as well. The Time Line is a pop-up graph that displays calendar time versus Hobbs time. The slope of the graph is based upon your estimate of annual use of the airplane. You may click on an event tag to read the details of the event. Each airplane's scheduled events are printed in order of their due dates. A twelve-week Fleet Projection is available with the click of a mouse button. Use Fleet Status II to track maintenance items, overhauls, life-limited parts, ADs and SBs. Access online aviation data. Display cost projections. Make adhesive logbook entries.
